It consists of training sessions for HR teams, positive leadership sessions, awareness session for employees. Am not a transactional Human Resources professional, but that – “Out of the box thinking” person. Having spent16 years as HR professional in hotels, airline catering, telecom, services, recruitment consultants, one thing I have been passionate all through my working life is about resolving conflicts, cultivating positive mindset and advocating resilience.

And being a mother adds just that extra ounce of patience and perseverance to pursue your passion.

Susy Nayagam

Susy is a certified Counsellor and a trained ‘well-being volunteer’ (NIMHANS).  After spending a couple of decades in corporate with various organisation, Susy listened to her calling and trained herself to be a counsellor.  She has been practicing counselling for over four years helping individuals cope with personal difficulties by becoming more self-aware, evaluating options objectively and arriving at action steps.   Susy has a special place in her heart for the not-so-young and has always found the time to be there for them.


Prashanthi is a certified counselor and life skills trainer with an MBA and Masters in Psychology. Trained in psychological tools and techniques. She has been practising counselling in different setups such as schools, community centres, hospitals and private practices for the past eight years. A compassionate listener and an expert in using different psychological tools and techniques, the services offered includes clients of various age groups in individual counselling, relationships and marriage counselling and educational counselling.


I am Shivani Naghnoor a Certified Counseling Psychologist and I have an advanced Masters in Nutraceuticals from The University of Queensland. I have significant knowledge in the field of mental health and overall health and I can suggest natural foods to calm the mind. I specialize in mental health counseling and I also help people who are depressed because of physical illness such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, and so on. In the counseling field, I have helped clients with various issues such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, exam stress, and substance abuse.

Smita is a certified counselor, she has a master’s in counseling psychology and has completed certifications in NLP, CBT, & relationship coaching. She specializes in relationship, grief, and stress related issues. With a strong background of HR in various corporates for eight years. Smita understands the importance of mental well-being in corporate space. Being passionate about people’s behavior in different situations, she started her journey with mental health. She has been practicing counselling for last five years in various organizations.
