Anxiety is more than just a feeling of stress or fear. However, stress , fear or constant worrying can end once the situation is managed. Example , you can be stressed before attending a job interview or worried if you will get the offer or not. But once you get the job you will not be stressed any more. But even after the stressful situation has passed and you continue to be stressed and worried without any particular reason and you also find it very difficult to cope up with this situation then it may be a sign of anxiety condition.

The symptoms for may vary from person to person. Taking a pill here and there for a headache or acidity can give immediate relief to people. However in long run choric illness can become a part of our life causing us more harm. We may really don’t know when if it too much and when we need to see a doctor.
